Quick Capture
Overview
Quick Captures in EazySites help you record ideas, tasks, or notes without interrupting your workflow. They allow you to quickly capture items while browsing, researching, or planning, and make them readily available in the dashboard for review, organization, and prioritization.
Add a Quick Capture
Record tasks, ideas, or notes quickly while working on other activities.
Access Quick Captures from the left-hand navigation menu.

Click 'Add New' to create a new entry.

Enter the task title and details.

Format text (optional).

Select an appropriate tag.

Optionally, set a date for the task.

Click 'Add Item' to save.

Edit or Update a Quick Capture
Keep captured tasks and notes updated.
Click the item in the task list.

Click 'Edit' to change details or schedule.

Update task status.

Click 'Update Item' to save changes.

Capture new website content ideas, blog posts, or promotional campaigns while working on your site.
Record client requests, feedback, or updates to track follow-ups efficiently.
Save research insights, competitor examples, or inspiration for website improvements.
